About The One-Month Immersive Online Certificate Training Course: Cohort 4 is offered under the #WebPolicyLearninginitiative by the Gender Impact Studies Center (GISC) at the IMPRI Impact and Policy Research Institute, New Delhi. Building on the success of its earlier cohorts, this program provides a critical learning space to examine questions of identity, power, inclusion, and justice in contemporary society. The course engages with pressing issues of legal recognition, healthcare inequities, discrimination in education and employment, and the politics of representation. It highlights how individuals and communities navigate systemic exclusion while striving toward inclusive and equitable futures. Grounded in intersectional feminist and social justice approaches, the program features expert lectures, interactive discussions, film screenings, and lived-experience sharing. Facilitated by leading academics, practitioners, and activists, it equips participants with both analytical perspectives and practical tools for meaningful advocacy and systemic change. Open to students, researchers, practitioners, activists, and professionals in the development sector, the fellowship offers an interdisciplinary and practice-oriented platform to strengthen knowledge, build networks, and translate learning into action.
