Recognized for delivering landmark reforms, she has engaged stakeholders across 30+ countries, promoted large-scale financial inclusion, and developed robust training platforms that have built the capacity of thousands of officials across the country, and played a pivotal role in the rollout of initiatives like the Street Vendors Act and PM SVANidhi Scheme. Rituparna’s expertise spans writing strategic roadmaps for state programmes and producing influential research on livelihoods, renewable energy, digital health, value chains, and sustainability. She has pioneered cross-sectoral and inter-state partnerships, led the country’s first capacity-building programmes for women elected representatives in Panchayati Raj Institutions in West Bengal, and championed successful women SHG-driven business development models.
