Feminism and the Global Social Transformation

About the Course: This three-day course will strengthen feminist consciousness and solidarity and provide a basic understanding of feminist concepts and world-view along with opportunities to link with feminist campaigns.

It will include sessions on understanding the intersectionalities of feminism and social justice and transformative change at a personal and societal levels. The course will also build an understanding of feminism, feminist movements and link gender to other structures and systems in society within a global framework.

For Whom: The course is designed for students/researchers/faculty/home makers/activists/working professionals across genders having a keen interest in social justice.

Minimum Eligibility:

·      Undergraduate (Pursuing and Above)

·      Commitment to gender equity and equality, human rights, peace and sustainable development.

·      Basic English comprehension as sessions will be in English.

·      Access to the internet.
