Over 12 years of experience in the building design industry, worked on EU funded projects and with multinational companies. Won prestigious awards from agencies as UNEP, CIBSE and the Westminster city council.

The talk would explore the following questions:
1. How happiness and wellbeing is linked to the Built Environment ( The intangibles- social, cultural, comfort and the Tangibles – economics) – Lessons from Bhutan.
2. Lessons from the Pandemic and how it affected the design and build Industry (changes in spatial requirement, design approaches, HVAC issues, WASH facilities etc)
3. The need to design better spaces (thermally comfortable, daylight, social aspects, culture aspects, connected) to ensure physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
