National Project Manager of MEDPA- TA Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, Government of Nepal
Ramji P. Neupane holds Ph.D. (in Regional and Rural Development Planning) & M. Sc. (Agriculture Systems) Degrees from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok and B.Sc. Agriculture (Honors) degree from University of Peradeniya, Srilanak. Currently, as the National Project Manager (NPM), he is providing Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Government of Nepal to implement Micro Enterprise Development for Poverty Alleviation (MEDPA), a national flagship Program implemented in all of the 753 Municipalities of Nepal.
During 2014-2018, he worked as the NPM with Micro-Enterprise Development Programme (MEDEP), promoting entrepreneurship development in Nepal. He has more than 20 years of professional experiences with different development organizations inside and outside of Nepal, including development and implementation of Canadian development aid programs in Nepal for well over a decade (2001-2012).
