Rajendra Singh: Ayurvedic medicine graduate and post graduated in Hindi literature, he is the Chairman of TBS. Since 1985, under his dynamic leadership, TBS is working for restoring life and hope to barren land of Rajasthan.
Mr Rajendra Singh is the winner of Stockholm Water Prize’ 2015; an award known as “the Nobel Prize for Water”. He has been honoured by Asia’s most prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award’ 2001, for Community Leadership. Along with India’s most prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Award’ 2005.
Popularly known as “Waterman of India”, Rajendra Singh is also heading a national network of organizations working on water issues; Rashtriya Jal Biradari. This network is working for the restoration of all mighty and small rivers of the country.

Anjal Prakash is the research director and adjunct associate professor, Indian School of Business. He is an IPCC author who was Coordinating Lead Author of the special report on Oceans and Cryosphere, 2018, and Lead Author of the ongoing 6th Assessment report of IPCC.
Mr Ranjan Borah, Disaster Management Specialist, Centre for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPPGG), Government of Uttarakhand
Sri Ranjan Kumar Borah working for disaster risk reduction and development programme during his 12 yrs. of professional experience. Having a master’s degree in social science from University of Pune and alumni of JICA Fellow (Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Kobe in Community Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM). He has also been nominated by the Cooperative Govt. and Tribal Affairs in the year 2017 during 1st Africa Conference on Economics costs of Disaster in Johannesburg, South Africa.
During the year ,2019 he has been selected by ILO, Italy to participate in the seminar on resilient market economy in the fragile context. Presently working as Disaster Management Specialist at Cenre for Public Policy and Good Governance, State Secretariat from UNDP. Prior, joining to CPPGG, he was working for Assam State Disaster Management Authority, Assam.
Ms Nivedita Khandekar, Independent Journalist
Nivedita Khandekar is an independent journalist based in Delhi. She writes on environmental and developmental issues. Focusing on the Himalayas and the rivers, her reporting trips frequently takes her to remotest corners of the country. Her camera is her constant companion. She does multimedia stories and writes for newspapers, magazines, and webportals.
Shri Hemant Dhyani, Convenor, Ganga Ahwan Movement; Member, High Powered Committee of Supreme Court on Chardham project
Hemant Dhyani, associated with Ganga Ahvaan, a forum which is working for the conservation of Ganga-Himalayan basin. He was a member of Supreme Court appointed expert Body after June-2013 Kedarnath disaster who contributed in drafting a document for Himalayan Policy. Presently, he is a member of High Powered Committee of Supreme Court on Chardham project.
