Dr Farah Naqvi
Faculty Member, Human Resource Management, Gulf Centre for University Education, Kuwait
Dr. Farah Naqvi is a writer, academician, and behavioral scientist with more than a decade of experience in India and Kuwait. She started her career with the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and worked with institutions like ICFAI Hyderabad, IBA Bangalore, and Center for Organization Development, Hyderabad as Asst professor. Currently, she is associated with GCUE, Kuwait as a Management Faculty and engaged with multiple institutions as a resource person for rendering training and consulting services. Her master’s degree is in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resource Management. She did her doctoral studies in the area of Organization Behavior and the area of her research was Emotional Labor: Moderator and Outcomes. In her career spanning more than 14 years, she has conducted Management Development Programs and worked on consulting projects for a diverse clientele. She has to her credit many Research Articles published in international refereed journals. She has been featured for her literary work, her debut book-The light in Blackout’ in 2019 in leading English newspapers like The Hindu, Business Standard, Deccan Chronicle, The Asian Age, The Hans India, Dailyhunt, Newstrack, Newsnow, The India Observer (TIO), The Dispatch and many other online and print media. Dr. Farah loves to express herself through her writings. She is a featured author, columnist, and contributor in different newspapers and online portals such as The Dispatch, Human Capital, TIO (USA), The Hans India, Asian Chronicle, Deccan Chronicle, Asian Age, Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), and World Nation’s Writer Union (WNWU). She has been invited as a guest panelist and speaker for many national and international news channels and television shows to speak on themes related to psychology and management.
