Prashant is a seasoned corporate strategy & management consulting professional with experience of over 18 years. After completing his MBA(Finance) he has worked for consulting majors like Deloitte and Ernst & Young, before venturing into the start-up ecosystem. He was instrumental in setting up the Research and Data operation verticals from scratch at companies like Propequity, Commonfloor.com, and Quikhomes.com. His areas of expertise include setting up business verticals in the field of business research, market intelligence, and strategic advisory. He has worked extensively in multiple sectors that include financial services, real estate, and consumer business. His strong people management and operational skill have helped him in setting up and managing small to medium-sized teams based at different locations.
He is an avid learner and is currently pursuing a doctorate (Ph.D.) along with his professional commitments. He is a well-known thought leader in the Indian Real Estate domain. His articles and thought leadership are published regularly in national newspapers and various business journals. As an industry expert in the field of Indian real estate, he appears regularly on various business channels and industry events. Based on his contribution towards the research and advisory work in the field of Indian real estate, he was acknowledged as the “Thought Leader of the Year-2018” by International Brand Equity.
