About

Cohort 4 of the IMPRI Gender Impact Studies Centre’s Online International Winter School on Gender and Mental Health will take place from February 2026.

This program provides a platform for participants to engage with global perspectives on gender and mental health, fostering dialogue that bridges research, practice, and policy. Through interactive sessions with leading experts, participants will explore key concepts, debates, and approaches in the field, gaining insights into how gender dynamics shape mental health outcomes and care systems.

The Winter School is designed to encourage critical thinking, peer learning, and the exchange of ideas across disciplines and geographies. Participants will also have opportunities to present their own reflections, engage in collaborative discussions, and contribute to building a more inclusive understanding of mental health.

Welcoming mental health professionals, researchers, students, and advocates, this program aims to cultivate a community dedicated to advancing gender-sensitive perspectives in mental health and strengthening pathways toward holistic well-being.

For Whom

Young professionals engaged in mental health discipline, students and common citizens interested in knowing basics about the situation relating to mental health and how gender is a key determinant of the same, how the domain of mental health can take into account the experiences of women.
