About

Building on the success of our inaugural cohort, we are pleased to announce the second edition of the Data Analytics for Policy Research Fellowship (DAPRF). This program is meticulously designed to equip policymakers, researchers, and data professionals with advanced analytical skills crucial for informed decision-making in today’s data-driven landscape.

In this comprehensive course, participants will move beyond theoretical learning and receive rigorous, hands-on training in data analytics. Led by seasoned instructors, the fellowship covers a broad array of analytical methods, statistical tools, and data visualization techniques widely applied in policy research. Key platforms and methodologies include ANOVA, Stata, Regression Analysis, Econometrics, Forecasting, Survey Data Analysis, EViews, Data Visualization, Spatial Data (GIS, Arc GIS), Excel-based analysis, Monitoring & Evaluation, and others essential for policy insights.

Participants will also undertake practical, real-world projects that allow them to apply their skills to complex policy issues. Each fellow will complete and present a data project, guided by our experts, with an opportunity for publication in an ISBN-edited volume.

Whether you are working within government, academia, or the non-profit sector, this fellowship will enable you to leverage data for robust, evidence-based policy solutions and to address pressing societal challenges.
