Dr. A Amarender Reddy holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-IARI) in New Delhi. He has an extensive background in agricultural and rural policy research, consulting, and training, having worked in various premier institutions. Notable positions include Director at the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Associate Professor at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Scientist at ICRISAT, and Principal Scientist at ICAR-IARI, among others. He has published over 100 research articles in national and international journals and serves as a reviewer for prestigious publications. Dr. Reddy is also a columnist for various newspapers and a fellow of professional associations like ISPRD. His work includes consultancy research projects for government organizations and international bodies. Currently, he is a Principal Scientist in Agricultural Economics.
