In 2023, I, Mansi Garg, successfully obtained a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University School of Architecture and Planning (USAP) at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Prior to this, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Delhi Technical University under the same university, GGSIPU. During my academic journey, I focused my thesis on the intricate issue of urban sprawl. Furthermore, my dissertation revolved around the development of a novel theory intended for practical application in the realm of land-use planning. Presently, I am engaged as a research intern at IMPRI, where my responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks. These tasks primarily revolve around in-depth research into various policies within my expertise. Additionally, I actively participate in events and engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to my professional growth and the organization’s endeavours.
